Internet Services

Set-up Internet + Account

While internet is included in CTC rental rates, residents need to set up the services in your name and pick up all equipment. Residents can choose to pick up equipment at the store listed below, have equipment mailed to you or have a technician set up. 

  1. Call 1-855-307-4896 (Select Home Service and follow menu)
  2. Equipment can be picked up at the Xfinity Store: 2480 Fairview Ave N #125, Roseville, MN 55113
  3. It is suggested that you have request a professional set up and have a technician install your internet. We suggest you call before your move in date to set up a time on your move in day or shortly after. If you call to schedule, it will be 3-5 business days out before they can come.

Account Issues/Dispute Charges

Contact CTC's Xfinity Representative for any issues or to dispute charges. CTC's Xfinity Rep can remove activation fees or installation fees that you were incorrectly charged for. CTC Residents should not be charged for the basic internet set-up.

Upgrade Services

Note: CTC provides basic internet to residents, included in rental rates. Residents can upgrade or add features to their Comcast/Xfinity account, yet the resident is financially responsible for any additional services they set-up beyond the basic internet plan.

Additional Utility Information

Set up your own services of phone and cable if you choose. 

If you have large appliances at move in such as air conditioners, dishwashers, deep-freezer, or mini refrigerator. You will need to register and pay a monthly surcharge with your rental rate for the months these appliances are installed. CTC does not provide these extra appliances. 

Register Extra Appliance:
  1. Download "Add Charges Form" (log into your RentCafe account > Resident Resources > Forms > Add Charges)
  2. Enter name, address, and today's date
  3. Check box for applicable service/utility you wish to add, along with any supplementary information   
  4. Enter start date and your activation signature
    • Please leave the end date and cancellation signature blank. When you wish to cancel the additional service, as no longer in use and removed as applicable, please notify our office to provide an end date and cancel the monthly charges.
  5. Save and email to CTC's office
Deregister/Cancel Extra Appliance:
  1. Download new "Add Charges Form" (log into your RentCafe account > Resident Resources > Forms > Add Charges)
  2. Enter name, address, and today's date
  3. Check box for applicable service/utility you wish to cancel, along with any supplementary information 
  4. Enter end date and your cancellation signature
  5. Save and submit to CTC's office
