General Availability of Units:
This announcement highlights a rare opportunity for several two-bedroom openings at CTC. However, we regularly offer one-, two-, and three-bedroom units throughout the year as they become available, in correspondence to current residents submitting their required 60-day vacate notice. Residents can apply for transfers at any time under the transfer policy, and this opportunity is not limited to the units or timeframe mentioned here.
