Temporary Occupant

CTC residents are allowed to sublet their apartment for a maximum of 6 months with prior written approval. Please view the Temporary Occupant Lease Amendment & Form.

Help Finding a Roommate or Sublease

Our Facebook group, CTC Roommate + Sublease Finder, is to help current and prospective CTC residents to find housing at Commonwealth Terrace Cooperative (CTC) - including roommates, subleases, etc. Please redirect all relevant posts and queries to this group (and no longer in the CTC Shop & Swap). While this is a "private" group, both CTC residents and non-CTC residents can request to join the group, assisting both parties find/fill housing vacancies at CTC.
