E-signing your new lease on RentCafe only takes moments but it may feel daunting when you aren't sure where to start! Stop by our Open Portal Signature Shop and CTC team member, Lindy, will walk you through the signing process, RentCafe account registration, address key changes in the updated leases, correct any lease errors, as well as answer any and all questions you may have!
Note: Action Required by November 30, 2019 - Your current CTC lease will terminate on 11/30/19. Unless you e-sign a new lease on your RentCafe account, your tenancy will end and you must vacate on Nov. 30, 2019.

- Monday, Nov. 4th @ 4:30-6:00 pm - Community Center Meeting Room (first floor across from CTC office)
