Recycling information reminder
Please follow all recycling guidelines when disposing all recycling items. Do not put items such as clothes, trash, or electronics.
Notify CTC office if exterior dimming lights are out
Please help maintenance out by notifying the CTC office at ctc@umnctc.org if your front or back exterior lights are out. Your exterior security lights should turn on at dusk and off at dawn.
A/C Installation and Registration
All AC units MUST be registered with the CTC Office upon installation.
1st AC $25 per month
2nd AC $15 per month.
Please be sure to register to avoid the fine.

Updated Student Status You will need to update us with updated contracts, Student registration, student status or job classification changes.

· - Have items for Sale - looking for sale items? CTC Classifieds online is available for all CTC residents. If you are a current CTC resident selling or wanting to purchase items email information to ctc@umnctc.org for posting.
· Renters Insurance A good investment to protect all of your personal belongings in the event of an unforeseen circumstance. CTC is not responsible for residents’ personal belongings.
