CTC Census and update resident information
the new Parking Permit for 2008-2009 will be issued

All residents without a vehicle are responsible for completing the census and resident update information.

Effective September 1, 2008 the new 2008-2009 parking permits will be the only valid CTC parking permit. *Please remove all other parking permits from vehicle window once the new 2008-2009 permit is placed in window.

Parking Lot Project Continues Forward….

The parking lot numbering project is in progress.

We will be completing the stall numbers in a series of sections. Each assigned section of parking lot will be asked to back the cars out of the parking stall by 4-5 feet to allow room for the painters to freshly paint the numbers. Please watch for the dates of your section to be sure to back out of the parking stall. This process will continue until complete. Please keep in mind this will be determined on weather conditions.

Land Care will be treating Crab Grass around road/curb edges and sidewalk sections starting Tuesday September 2, 2008. Please be advised this treatment is a spray based Q4 Chemical for Crab Grass control.

Land Care Lawn Mowing Schedule
*Please note: schedule is weather permitting

Wednesdays: North end of property down to Gibbs Ave

Thursdays: Middle of property heading south to Como Ave

Please be sure to remove all toys and outdoor lawn items to allow the mowers access to all lawn areas.
