Street and Parking Improvement Project - ROAD CLOSED
Gibbs Ave Phase 1 & 2 ROAD CLOSED (August 5th- projected date of September 8th)
Effective 7:00am, Wednesday, August 5, 2015
ALL vehicles must be removed from the construction zone area (Como and Gibbs Ave to Gibbs Ave and Fifield Street see map )
Any vehicles remaining after this time will be towed at owner’s expense.
We suggest moving your vehicle Tuesday (8/4) to an alternative location.
Parking Enforcement - Starting Monday, August 3, all parking will be open on CTC property
Any registered vehicle with valid parking permit can park in any spot EXCEPT CCCC (Daycare) parking on Fifield Place and Staff parking on Fifield Avenue on the north side of the building including visitor and second car parking areas until all construction is completed.
All vehicles must have valid parking permits at all times. Vehicles without valid permits are subject to ticket, tow or vehicle immobilization.
All information and updates can be found on the home page of the CTC website, www.umnctc.org. This will have the most updated information about the road construction project as it becomes available.
Join CTC State Fair Patrol Team
Volunteer Sign up starts Thursday, August 20th at 8:30am in the Community Center Fire Place Room
YOUR help is needed to keep our community safe. Volunteer only 2 hours and get one FREE Ticket to the State Fair!
Be a Patrol officer....sign up for ONE 2-Hour Shift (8:00pm-10:00pm or 10:00pm-12:00pm)
Two (2) patrol officers per shift. Maximum of two (2) shifts per household
