Social Hour w/the Board

Meet, socialize, and discuss with your board of directors during our open, community social hour -- in-person or virtually!

Social Hour with CTC's Board

Second Thursday at 5:30 pm | January-June 2023

Join the community social hour with CTC's Board of Directors on the second Thursday at 5:30 pm of the month through June 2023, with a hybrid attendance option:

Bring questions, ideas, concerns, or compliments to discuss with the board -- or come without anything to simply listen in on the conversation and see if anything piques your interest!

The unique identity of our co-op means that our Board of Directors are elected by co-op members to serve on behalf of the members’ interests by developing governance policies that are consistent with our values and vision. Thus, hearing from and discussing with our community is a valuable component to fulfilling residents' needs and wants. So, don't hold back! Your ideas and feedback contribute to the better representation of the community and, in turn, enriches the co-op for present and future generations!

Open Meeting and Discussion

Join us at our monthly CTC Board Meetings!! It’s essential (and easy!) to learn more about how your board and the co-op operates. Increasing your understanding and participation as a member contributes to a more efficient and effective cooperative.

We welcome and encourage everyone to attend our monthly Board meetings, as well as get involved. Bring your questions, feedback, and ingenuity for an open discussion at the beginning of the meeting. Board meetings typically take place on the fourth Thursday of each month at 6:30 pm in the Community Center Meeting Room (first floor).

Update:

Meetings will be held either in-person, virtually, or a hybrid of the two. To join, please email ctc@umnctc.org for the meeting information.

Community Voices

Beyond the meeting, our co-op welcomes Community Voices year-round! CTC's Management and Board review all submissions for discussion and evaluation at the upcoming monthly board meeting. So don't hold back: your ideas and feedback contribute to the better representation of the community and, in turn, enriches the co-op for present and future generations! More on Community Voices.
