Annual Members Meeting
Canceled: CTC's Annual Member Meeting will no longer include an in-person meeting on April 21st. Our 2019 Annual Report, financial report, and online voting platform will be shared electronically in the coming weeks.
Virtual Annual Meeting Announcement (April 2020):
CTC's annual meeting will now take place online via Zoom on Wednesday, May 27, 2020 at 6:30 pm. Just like the in-person meeting, it is mandatory; we need members to vote on objectives crucial to the functioning of the co-op. View full event info: voting, prizes, and more!
COVID-19 Update (March 2020):
Your health and well-being are important to us. As we all work together to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus, social distancing is one way to minimize the risk of exposure. In which case, we are canceling the in-person portion of our Annual Member Meeting. In replacement, our co-op will integrate an online platform at a later date to gather our community’s votes for the Board of Directors election and T-Shirt Design Contest, as well as to recap our past fiscal year (June 2018-July 2019) and our future aspirations. We value the opportunity to hear directly from and connect with our members at this meeting and are sorry to miss the chance to get together.
Despite the meeting's cancellation, we are still accepting Memorable Volunteer nominations and Board of Director applications (plus T-Shirt Content Designs)! See details below.
Memorable Volunteer Participant
Let's cheer for those who help our co-op succeed! We want to recognize inspiring cooperators and, thus, bask and glow in the radiance of their achievements and services to the community. Submit a nomination for an exemplary neighbor by emailing the office with your nomination's information and why you think they deserve our Memorable Volunteer Participant (MVP) award:
- Name and address (if known) of nominee
- An example of their extraordinary volunteer work
- Why you think they deserve this award
- List any affiliated committees or activities of the nominee
Submission Deadline: Wednesday, April 1st
Apply for CTC's Board of Directors
Our Board of Directors has five open positions for the upcoming term of 2020-2022 that the membership will vote upon (online platform provided at a later date). One of the many perks of co-op membership is the ability to apply to run for an open board seat. This is an exciting opportunity to serve your community and lead your co-op in shaping our collective future.
Explore more of our Board of Directors, or skip right to the application. If you have any questions, please email Shanea, our co-op's Operational Manager.
