Temporary Road & Parking Lot Closure – Starting July 7

Starting Monday, July 7, Commonwealth Avenue (north of CTC) will be closed for construction for approximately four weeks. This closure will impact access and parking at CTC:

What’s Affected:

• CTC’s North Parking Lot will be inaccessible—there will be no way to enter or exit.
• North entrance of Fifield Avenue will also be closed.
• See the attached map for affected areas.

Resident Impact:

• Do not park in the North Lot—vehicles remaining there may be towed at the owner's expense if the entrance closes early on Monday morning.
• No events will take place in the North Lot during construction.

Event Location Change:

• Ready-to-Heat Meal Distribution and the Foodmobile will be relocated to the South Lot.
• Please avoid parking in the South Lot on Thursdays from 12:00–2:00 PM to allow space for these events.

Alternate Entry Routes to CTC:

With the Fifield (North) entrance closed, please use:

• Cleveland Avenue → Knapp Street or Ray Place, or
• Como Avenue → Gibbs Avenue, Raleigh Street, South Lot, or Fifield Avenue (South access)
