University Safety and Risk Management inspectors will be conducting a property wide risk and safety assessment.

No personal items are to be stored in the communal hallway area.
All personal items (shoes, racks etc.) must be removed from the hallway area – including rugs.

Package Delivery – Holiday Season
The holiday season typically increases package deliveries along with a potential rise in missing packages.
We encourage you to have packages delivered with a signature required or have a neighbor take in the package for you.

Heating & Window Winter Season Reminders
Please help conserve energy by turning thermostats down when opening windows during these warmer weather days. Be sure not to leave windows open for long periods of time in freezing temperatures, as this exposes the heating pipes to burst and cause major damage. Any necessary frozen pipe repair is the responsibility of the resident.
