Snow Emergency Declared

The CTC Management Team would like to inform you that a Snow Emergency has been declared. Snow removal (curb to curb) will take place Friday, January 26th, Monday, January 29th and Tuesday, January 30th. Each day is assigned a designated zone that cars cannot park in between the hours of 7:00am-7:00pm.  Please review this map for details on each zone area. 

All residents and guest vehicles cannot park in the designated zone area between the hours of 7:00am-7:00pm; any remaining vehicles will be towed and will be charged up to $150.

ZONE 1 will be plowed on Friday (1/26) between the hours of 7:00am-7:00pm

ZONE 2 will be plowed on Monday (1/29) between the hours of 7:00am-7:00pm

ZONE 3 will be plowed on Tuesday (1/30) between the hours of 7:00am-7:00pm

Reminders:

• Cars in the “snowbird lot” on the north end will not be required to be moved, but the road will be plowed. This is only for vehicles who have paid for this service. 
• It is imperative that all residents shovel the front/back sidewalks and one bedroom stairs
• Sand/salt barrels are available throughout CTC for the use of residents when unusually slippery spots are found. See map
• Management and Ward Reps have authority to tow all improperly parked or unmarked vehicles.
