Air Conditioner Installation and Usage Procedures:
You MUST register your A/C with the Office BEFORE you install it
Once you install your A/C it is registered for the entire summer season
Monthly A/C usage charges: 1st AC $25 per month - 2nd AC $15 per month
A/C usage charges are calculated on a prorated basis
You are responsible for installing/removing your own A/C (helpful install instructions)
If you choose to remove A/C mid-season and wish to re-install it during the same
summer; a $20 re-registration fee will be applied in addition to the prorated monthly
usage charge
To stop usage charges, you MUST remove A/C unit
Request of Maintenance Team to install and/or remove will be charged $40 fee per A/C
unit/each install or removal.
All AC units MUST be registered with the CTC Office TO AVIOD fine
Yard signs Notice – political or others
Please place any yard signage displays in the flower bed area of your apartment. We need to have the lawn signs out of the way for the lawn care service to pass through with mowers on a regular scheduled basis.
Parking Policy Enforcement
Increased parking enforcement patrols
All vehicles must have valid parking permits at all times
Vehicles without valid permits or improperly parked are subject to $40 ticket, tow or vehicle immobilization
All Visitor and Second car spaces are designated for Visitor or Second car permitted vehicles ONLY
Visitors must have valid visitor tag properly hung from rearview mirror
First car parking (RED tag) will be open on a first come first serve basis in areas NOT designated for Visitor or Second car
Second car (BLUE tag) must park in designated second car area locations ONLY
