Welcome New Board members starting July 1, 2017.

Congratulations to the new board members, Dustin Chernick, Yaddy Yuhong Yin, Kate Sammons, and Matthew Young. These residents were voted on at the Annual Meeting held April 20, 2017. The new term will start July 1, 2017.

Holiday Office Hours

The office hours will be shortened and closed in observance of Memorial Day.

Bailey Dining Center- Buffet open

Did you know, Bailey Dining Center is open for CTC residents, it is in fact open for everyone! They can NOT take credit cards. They are cash only for walk ins. Their price is about $10 for lunch and about $11 for dinner. Kids 5 and under eat free! They do ask that you call ahead if you are coming with a large group, so they know to make more food. 612-625-8157. Highchairs are not available, please plan accordingly.

Sublease Options

Subleasing is an option at CTC. Please review the policy agreement and Handbook for full policy for more details if interested.

Wild Animals at CTC

Do not harm wildlife at CTC. It has been reported that children are throwing rocks and disturbing the nests of geese. In addition, Do Not feed wildlife including squirrels or geese. Feeding them human food will encourage them to stay and come close to apartments and it is not healthy for wild animals to consume human food.

CTC Summer Programs

The Programs committee would like to set up weekly pick-up games for Pickle ball, badminton, volleyball, basketball and soccer this summer. If you have any interest in playing and helping organize these games, please email shanea@umnctc.org.

First Saturday of EVERY month

Summer Parks & Recreation at CTC

City of Falcon Heights will be hosting summer 2017 programs for CTC residents. If we do not have enough residents sign up, the classes will be cancelled.

Teen Tuesdays

Tuesdays 3:30-5:30PM - CTC Upstairs Kitchen
Will be finishing up Teen Tuesday on June 6, 2017 to allow for summer activities.

English Conversation
