Hello Neighbors!
Spring has arrived with gradual hints of warmth and renewal and I think we all welcome it with open arms.
Whether you are soon moving out of the co-op or have decided to do a Spring purge of unwanted clutter, the CTC Yard Sale on May 20, 2017 may be a good opportunity for you to sell your gently used unwanted items.
To participate in the yard sale please register by providing your address, name, email, phone, and a general description of what you are selling to the CTC Front Desk or email ctc@umnctc.org by Tuesday, May 16th.
All registered participants will be invited to pick up a yard flag to mark their sale and will be included on a CTC property map available at the CTC office on Friday, May 19th (the day before the sale).
This event is a great way to enjoy the weather, meet and mingle with your neighbors, and to buy/sell items.
