Hello Community Members and Happy New Year!
We hope this newest edition of the Terrace Times finds you happy, healthy, and warm as we roll into 2019! This monthly e-newsletter will be an official means of communication at CTC, and will provide updates on cooperative living as well as announcements of events and programs from the Board of Directors and staff. You may notice small design changes of the Terrace Times, but be on the look out as we have many improvements coming in 2019. We will continue to improve our layout to help to keep you better informed about your neighborhood and your co-op responsibilities.
Board of Directors Meeting are the 3rdTuesday of every month at 6:00pm.Share your improvement suggestions or compliments by way of emailing, online or in the office.
