Kid's Summer Programs 2023

The City of Falcon Heights Parks and Recreation is bringing three different exciting kid's programs at CTC throughout the summer! Register by May 25 to join one or more of the programs.

Note: The exclusive discounted rates listed below are available for CTC Residents only.

Available Programs

Summer Discovery Playgrounds (SDP)

Ages 4-12	Tuesdays + Thursdays, June 20-July 25	1:00 - 4:00 pm	Rotating Playgrounds at CTC

Come join your friends and our friendly staff twice a week for tons of fun activities at our parks this summer. Participants will engage in fun games, crafts and other themed activities. Crafts and activities will not be repeated.

Groups will be separated by age for some activities (4 to 6-year-olds and 7 to 12-year-olds if group is large enough). Participants must be four years old before the program starts.

Please bring a nut free snack, water bottle, sunscreen and dress your child according to the weather.

No class week of July 3 (July 4 and July 6).

Super Soccer

Ages 5-7	Tuesdays + Thursdays, June 20-July 25	11:00-11:50 am	CTC Soccer Field

Super Soccer is designed for participants of all skills/abilities. Kids will learn dribbling, passing and shooting through fun, interactive drills and scrimmages with an emphasis on having fun and teamwork!

Class Minimum: 6 | Class Maximum: 12

No class week of July 3 (July 4 and July 6).

Messy Art

Ages 4-8	Tuesdays, June 20-July 25	9:30 -10:30 am	CTC Community Center Kitchen

Come explore the marvelously messy world of art where young artists can squish, shape, blend, bend, mix, move, color and create. Your children will find artistic inspiration in nature while experiencing the art world through their senses.

Class Minimum: 4 | Class Maximum: 12

No class week of July 3 (July 4).

Register by May 25, 2023

To register, please complete the Parks Programming Registration Form and submit an application. Completed applications can be emailed to the City's Parks and Rec Contact, mailed to City Hall, or dropped off in person during business hours at City Hall. An online payment link is provided, however, the City can also accept cash or check.

Complete the Registration Form and email to kelly.nelson@falconheights.org by May 25, 2023.
Registrations must be received before class begins. Programs are subject to cancellation in the event of insufficient enrollment and/or staffing. You will be notified before the program begins.
Payment is due at time of registration to City of Falcon Heights– cash, check, or credit card.
