As we navigate this new chapter at our cooperative, we're excited to share some significant updates and changes that are shaping our future.

Hello, CTC Community!

We wanted to give you a heads-up about an upcoming construction project that will impact parts of the Community Center building, which houses the CTC Office and the Community Child Care Center (CCCC).

Project Overview:

The building will undergo sprinkler system updates, with work currently scheduled from May 5 to June 30, 2025. Please note that all dates are tentative and may shift depending on the progress of the project. We’ll keep you informed of any changes that may directly affect you.

What to Expect:

Community Room Reservations & Upper-Level Access:
Unavailable from May 19 to June 30, 2025.

North Entrance Closed:
No access through the north entrance starting May 5. Please use the south entrance for entry, including for CCCC drop-off and pick-up.

Temporary CTC Office Closure (Remote Services Only):
During one week in early June (dates to be confirmed), the CTC office will be closed for in-person services. Our team will be working remotely and available via phone and email.

Study Rooms (in CTC Study Center) Closed:
From May 5 to June 30, the back study rooms will be closed to serve as backup space for staff, programming, and temporary storage during the construction period. The Music & Meditation Room will remain open.

If your child is enrolled at CCCC, please refer to their direct communications for updates or changes specific to their program.
