Serving on the Board of Directors is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in our community. We are seeking individuals who are committed to collaboration, constructive problem-solving, and working together for the greater good of all residents.

Stipend:

To recognize the dedication and time commitment of our board members, the board has approved a $250 stipend for those who: attend at least 9 out of the 12 meetings annually, fulfilling their two-year term.

Term Commitment: 

Board members are elected for two-year terms, with one half being elected annually. The average time commitment on the is about 5 hours a month, which can vary depending on position and current projects.

Please note that Board service is not the avenue to address personal disputes, single encounters with management, or dissatisfaction with individual policy enforcement decisions. Instead, we are looking for leaders who can:

Board Election at Annual Member Meeting

November 20, 2025 | 6:30 PM

Co-op members will vote upon board candidates at the upcoming Annual Member Meeting.

Update: This year, the event will be held virtually, with online voting both prior to and at the start of the event. While attending is not mandatory, it is highly encouraged for co-op members to participate, as it is a chance to be involved in shaping the future of your co-op as a stakeholder and community member.
