About the Instructor:
Yoga classes are taught by Yorkinoy Shermatova, CTC neighbor and currently enrolled in the University of Minnesota’s Center of Spirituality and Healing (CSPH). Yorkinoy is completing the last sequence of the hatha yoga teaching course, which requires service teaching to practice. Yorkinoy generously has volunteered to teach the classes at CTC as a way of giving back to the community. Thanks, Yorkinoy!!
