Instructor Bio & Class Description:
Ms. Ying, is passionate about Tai Ji Quan (Tai Chi) and is excited to share this traditional Chinese practice with her new friends in the community. With 8 years of experience, she is offering free Tai Chi classes for all, regardless of experience level. Whether you're a total beginner or have practiced before, you’re welcome to join!
Ms. Ying is a native Chinese speaker, but don’t worry—she’s fluent in body language and always brings a warm smile. This is a great opportunity to move your body, relax your mind, and connect with neighbors.
For those unfamiliar, Tai Ji Quan (also known as Tai Chi Chuan) is a traditional Chinese martial art and movement practice rooted in Chinese cosmology and philosophy. Though originally a martial art, Tai Chi is now widely practiced as a gentle exercise suitable for all ages—from children to seniors.
