Overview
Ensure your vehicle remains compliant with CTC's parking policies by completing the form in advance and attending this important event.
CTC is introducing new resident parking permits, and all resident vehicles must display the new purple permit by August 15th. To complete the exchange, attend one of the event dates below. Ensure you have completed the required form in advance and bring your old permit. If you cannot make it to the event, please set up an appointment with the office to complete the process by August 15th. Vehicles without the new purple permit by the deadline will be subject to ticketing, immobilization, or towing. More details.

- Tuesday, August 13, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Wednesday, August 14, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- Thursday, August 15, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Steps to Follow:

Complete the Form in Advance:
- Fill out the Resident Vehicle Registration Form* and upload the necessary vehicle verification document before attending the event.
- * If after August 12, complete the Resident Information Form

What to Bring:
- Government-issued photo ID
- Your outdated orange parking permit(s)
- Note: You cannot receive your new permit without returning your old permit.

Alternative Pick-Up Options:
- If you cannot attend the event, designate someone to pick up your permit on your behalf. Provide their full name in advance, and they must bring their ID and your old permit.
- Contact the office to arrange an alternative pick-up time before August 15th
- Display New Permit on Vehicle's Rearview Mirror
- All vehicles must have a valid and properly visible permit while parked on CTC grounds, in addition to adhering to CTC's parking policies. Remember to return your parking permit to CTC's office if you no longer need it or the time of move-out!
