Global Cooking Class

Friday, Jan. 10 @ 6 pm in CTC Kitchen (Upstairs)

Send your taste buds on a vacation to Chile! On Friday, January 10th at 6 pm in the Kitchen of the Community Center, Javi Monardez will be instructing and presenting homemade food from her home country of Chile. This class will feature instructions on making the dish as well as an already-prepared dish that attendees are welcome to enjoy.

About CTC Monthly Cooking Class

Enjoy time with your neighbors as you learn to cook a new dish! Free and open to all CTC residents.  

Everyone is encouraged to host a class and share their own recipes, and CTC will reimburse you for ingredients! If you are interested in teaching a class, or have questions about possibly teaching a class please contact Patrick at ctc@umnctc.org.
