Hybrid Attendance Option:
All meetings will be held in the Community Center's Kitchen (located upstairs), while offering attendees the option to attend either in-person and virtual.
Finance Committee Description:
CTC's Finance Committee monitors and optimizes the operational budget, developed by the Executive Director as well as the annual audit, proposed rent and fees, and CTC investments.
- Work with the Executive director or a representative of management, review and recommend a proposed annual budget to the Board of Directors for approval.
- Work with the Executive Director or a representative of management, review and approve annual audit to the Board of Directors for approval.
- Examine the future financial needs of CTC and make recommendations to the Board.
- At least annually, examine the investment policy of CTC with investment representative.
- Perform such tasks of fiscal policy nature as assigned to it by the Board of Directors.

Finance Committee Members:
- The Committee shall meet at least 2 times a year or as needed.
- The Finance Committee shall include no more than 5 members who will be exempt from routine laundry duty.
