Programs Committee Meeting

Introducing a second option for involvement! First Thursday evenings plus First Friday mornings!

Friday, February 1, 2013 - 10:00 AM for those available in the morning.

Thursday, February 7, 2013 - 7:30- 8:30 PM for those who can attend in the evenings.

Study Center Activities Office at 1295 Gibbs.

We will make plans for community based social events such as Valentines Romantic Movie Night and International Women’s Day. All residents are welcome to join!
The programs committee served 160 early rising CTC residents at the “WELCOME BACK” BREAKFAST on the morning of Thursday, January 24. Bin Hu was the winner of the prize drawing for the $10.00 Target Gift Card! Thanks go out to all the volunteers who helped make it happen!
The Hospitality Subcommittee will be taking a greater role in the practice of welcoming new residents by assisting with the green Welcome Bags program and by serving the New Resident Reception.
