Garden Plot Selection

CTC has garden plots that residents can reserve to grow their own vegetables and flowers. There are 46 available plots in 5 locations, as seen on the map. Come to the Garden Plot Selection event Monday, April 29th beginning at 7:45 am in the Community Center Upstairs Room to reserve a plot. More important details below!

Garden Usage Requirements:

A garden plot requires a $50 deposit with $25 refundable with a clean plot at the end of the season. You will sign an acknowledgement form at the garden plot selection to charge your resident account. ONLY (1) plot per household during the selection.

First Come, First Serve!

The first 46 gardeners in line will select a plot. All others beyond the first 46 will be placed on a waiting list. You may send a friend in your place to pick your plot. If that friend is also picking their personal plot, they cannot pick for themselves and you in a row. You will be pushed 10 spots back.

Plan Ahead:

Take time BEFORE the selection event to check out the five garden plot areas to see where you would like to be for the season. Be sure to have a first, second and third choice of garden plot locations. Remember to think about the following factors when choosing: what you will be planting, amount of sunlight/shade, water access.
