Community Celebration

Join us for our annual CTC and CCCC Community Celebration on Saturday, May 18th from 11-2 pm!

Bring your friends and family and meet us outside the Community Center for a street party in the Gibbs cul-de-sac for a jam-packed day of fun!!

Our Community Celebration is our biggest event of the year, including free food* for our residents, live music and lots of family fun (rock climbing, hula hooping, face painting, and games, oh my!). We will have three food trucks to satisfy all your cravings, including Tiki Tim'sAsian Invasion Food Truck and the HomeTown Creamery ice cream truck!

DJ Song Requests

Want to hear your favorite song play at the event? You are in luck, as we are taking requests now! Enter the song and artist you wish to hear played here

*Resident Food Tickets

Each registered member of your household will receive one food ticket and one ice cream ticket for the event. You will receive these tickets when you check in at the event. Food will also be available for purchase from the food truck for any guests or if you exceed your allotted amount of food tickets.

Parking Restrictions:

No parking will be permitted on Saturday, May 18th from 6:00 am – 7:00 pm to make room for our upcoming celebration! As seen in the map attached, this includes Fifield Ave just south of the Community Center in front of building 18 (Ward 8) and the cul-de-sac on Gibbs Ave in front of buildings 39, 40 and 41 (Ward 15).

The area designated in the map will also have road closures, blocking all through traffic from 7:00 am – 7:00 pm. So plan ahead by moving your car and re-routing your driving paths to avoid this area next Saturday!!
