Winter Clothing Exchange
Thursday, November 7th, 7:00pm-9:00pm, Community Center Fireplace room
Dig out last year’s winter gear and have your children try on everything. You’ll be amazed at how much they have grown! Set aside the items that are too small and unwanted.
Bring all of your last year clothing to the Community Center on Thursday, November 7th before 5 PM. The Programs Committee will organize the items and open the Fireplace Room for the free exchange between 7:00-9:00 PM. Mark your calendar for this time of shopping. All items must go!
Snow is coming! Now is the time to prepare! Gather the items on this list for every family member and be ready before the snow starts falling:
• A winter parka lined with Thinsulate, polyester fiberfill or down
• Warm mittens or gloves that are made of “Thinsulate.” (These are worth the expense!)
• A knit scarf
• A hat that covers your ears
• Long underwear if you have to walk a long distance to class.
• Kids will need snow pants
• Boots with warm insulation inside and heavy soles on the bottom
