HIIT Workout Class
Our Cardio Dance Class has expanded to include a new class HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, on Thursday nights from 7:30-8:00 pm in the Community Center Upstairs Room! No equipment necessary, just wear comfortable and functional clothing and get ready to boost your metabolism while building lean muscle!
HIIT is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods.
