Celebration of CTC Babies

Celebration of CTC Babies is a semi-annual event to encourage families with a newborn family member to meet and mingle with one another. Information about Early Childhood Family Education programs and other resources for parents will be made available. Come and enjoy making a rattle for your child and take home a small gift.
