CATGUARD Label Distribution

New Catalytic Converter theft Prevention Program

Additionally at the event, UMPD will distribute CATGUARD labels to any interested CTC resident. CATGUARD is a new catalytic converter theft prevention pilot program intended to deter the theft of catalytic converters by marking them with unique identification numbers that permanently mark the catalytic converter.
