Spring Yard Sale

Join us for our annual Spring Yard Sale on Saturday, May 23 from 8 am - 1 pm!

Our Spring Yard Sale 2020 is canceled amid COVID-19 concerns and the extended Stay Home Order. We will look to reschedule the sale later in the summer. Thank you. 

Your CTC neighbors are selling their gently used clothes, toys, furniture, appliances, and more! Every resident who intends to sell will be marked on a CTC property map available at the office and online on Friday (5/22/20) before the sale. Each sale will be indicated with a yellow vendor sign, which can be previewed below.

Register as a Vendor

Sign up to participate in the yard sale before Thursday, May 21st for your address to be listed on the vendor map provided to the community. Please insert your information here to register.

Display Vendor Sign during Yard Sale

All participants will use a vendor sign to indicate that they are selling items to the community. You can print this vendor sign at home or pick one up in the office.

Miss the deadline to be on the map? No problem - pick up/print a vendor sign and participate anyways!

Buy Items

Use our vendor list + map to navigate the sales on Saturday, May 23 between 8 am - 1 pm for all sorts of deals and delights! We'll email you the official vendor list and map the Friday before the sale (May 22, 2020). Stay tuned!
