Office Closed

The office is closed Friday, December 24 and Monday, December 27, 2021. Please remember to obtain any services, such as placing a maintenance request, from the office before we close for the long weekend.

CTC is also closed December 31st and January 3rd next week.

Visitor Parking Permits

As of January 2021, residents can now self-administer Visitor Parking Permits online, as needed, through their RentCafe account under menu option 'Resident Resources.'

In the event of a ‘critical' or 'high' priority level, or emergency situation (i.e. water leak, heat issues, smell of gas/smoke, etc.), please call 651-646-7526 and follow the prompts for our 24/7 on-call maintenance to receive immediate support during and after-hours.
