Office Closed
The office will be closed on Thursday, November 25 - Friday, November 26 in observance of Thanksgiving. Please remember to obtain any services, such as placing a maintenance request, from the office before we close for the long weekend.
Visitor Parking Permits
As of January 2021, residents can now self-administer Visitor Parking Permits online, as needed, through their RentCafe account under menu option 'Resident Resources.'
Maintenance Emergency?
In the event of a ‘critical' or 'high' priority level, or emergency situation (i.e. water leak, heat issues, smell of gas/smoke, etc.), please call 651-646-7526 and follow the prompts for our 24/7 on-call maintenance to receive immediate support during and after-hours.
