Road closure Fifield Street south of Gibbs Ave to Como has been postponed
The pavement completion process on Gibbs Ave has been delayed due to the warm weather conditions.
Fifield Street south of Gibbs to Como Ave will NOT be closing on Thursday September 10th as scheduled.
It will remain open until the Gibbs Ave phase is complete and officially reopened.
Notification will be sent with revised dates as soon as Management Team is informed.
Panera Bread Distribution Cancelled
CTC Management was notified by Panera Corporate Donation Division our organization does not meet the tax-exemption filing status to receive the bread donations.
CTC and Panera regretfully inform the community we will no longer be distributing Panera Bread effective September 1, 2015.
Land Care Fall Broadleaf Weed Control
Starting September 14th until complete (weather permitting)
Spot area treatments will begin on the South end of the property working North
All treated areas will be marked with lawn signage notifying treatment as required
No applications Friday-Sunday (Material content information available for review at the Office)
ESL Class
It is time again to register for the next session of English as a Second Language. Classes will resume on Tuesday and Thursday evenings 6:00pm-8:30pm October 1st – November 19th Community Center Building Upstairs. Student teachers from Hamline University will instruct the classes. Please register and pay a $75.00 deposit in the CTC Office. If you are re-enrolling after having been in class last semester, your deposit may be applied to next semester but you will still need to register. SIGN-UP DEADLINE IS FRIDAY, September 18TH You will receive a credit of $75.00 on your account after you have attended a minimum of 12 sessions.
