Parking
Visitor parking is available on CTC property in visitor designated spots with a valid permit issued by the office and provided by the resident you are visiting. All guests coming to the office can park in front or behind the Community Center building in visitor designated spots.
Community Center
The Community Center is the location of the main CTC office and Community Child Care Center. The Community Center also has two rooms that are available for private functions when reserved.
Convenience
CTC is conveniently located close to the University of Minnesota, Como Park and Zoo, the State Fair grounds, recreation, shopping centers, university and city bus lines, and has easy freeway access.
School District
CTC property is split between two school districts. Most apartments are within the Roseville School district. A smaller number are located within the St. Paul School district.
Child Care On Site
We are very happy to have the Community Child Care Center (CCCC) on the CTC property. CCCC gives priority to CTC families. If you are interested in more information, please visit their website.
