Air Conditioner Installation and Usage Procedures:
You MUST register your A/C with the Office BEFORE you install it
Once you install your A/C it is registered for the entire summer season
Monthly A/C usage charges: 1st AC $25 per month - 2nd AC $15 per month
A/C usage charges are calculated on a prorated basis
You are responsible for installing/removing your own A/C (helpful install instructions)
If you choose to remove A/C mid-season and wish to re-install it during the same
summer; a $20 re-registration fee will be applied in addition to the prorated monthly
usage charge
To stop usage charges, you MUST remove A/C unit
Request of Maintenance Team to install and/or remove will be charged $40 fee per A/C
unit/each install or removal.
All AC units MUST be registered with the CTC Office TO AVIOD fine

BDS Laundry Service Updates
The dry time has been increased to 65 minutes base dry time
Additional signage has been added to all laundry rooms reminding users not to over load clothes
It is advised to ONLY use small amount of laundry detergent, as it goes a long way
It is highly recommended to use liquid soap ONLY

English Conversation class continues

It’s FREE! All residents are welcome, even those who already speak English.
Free Yoga
June 13, 2016, 8pm, Upstairs room of Community Center or outside.
Summer classes will be taught the 2nd Monday of the month June-August at 8pm. (6/13/16, 7/11/16, 8/8/16)
If the weather is nice, they will try to move the class outside, so please watch for future announcements and postings that evening.

Summer Programing at CTC!
We need you to help plan for our summer events. We are looking for people to help lead weekly sporting games such as basketball, sand volleyball, badminton and tennis. If you are interested, please email community@umnctc.org.
TEENS: We are also looking for more ideas for teen games and events through the summer and need parents to help plan.
SOCCER: CTC is planning to have regular soccer games for all residents during summer. Our residents volunteer organizers need to know what day works best to play. If you are interested in playing please email ctc@umnctc.org with your preference of day.
