US Postal Delivery Service Change
The US Postal Service has informed CTC they will be changing the postal delivery service to cluster mailbox stations. This means the postal service will no longer deliver mail door to door due to budgetary constraints. It has been determined the most efficient and cost effective method of delivery will be the cluster mailbox stations. There will be 10 banks of mailboxes placed in different areas throughout the property. Each bank will serve the units that are closest to them as much as possible. They will be placed in areas for most convenience for residents as the walk by on their way to and from the University. There will be larger boxes for packages at each bank of mailboxes and a small slot for outgoing mail. This project is projected for late summer 2016.
