Updated fiber network infrastructure

Internet outages March 9th from 7:00AM-4:00PM.

Reminder from CTC Team: 

The office will be without internet this Friday, March 9, 2018 at 2:00pm. We will remain open until 3:00pm. In case of emergency, your phone call will be automatically routed to our on-call service. Emails will have delayed response. 

Please be mindful of any work orders that need to be completed, it would be appreciated to request them earlier this week. A message from 

A Message from Comcast XFINITY:

We are working to improve our network in your area. This includes continuously improving and expanding of fiber network infrastructure. 

You will experience service interruptions to your XFINITY Internet, TV and Voice Services. 

Service interruptions will occur on March 9th, 2018 between the hours of 7:00AM-4:00PM.

While your XFINITY Voice Services will be interrupted, including your ability to make 911 calls, your XFINITY Home services will continue to be active and monitored. 

Basic Internet and video troubleshooting reminders:

  • Find instructions to reboot your modems: xfinity.com/reboot
  • Find your wireless password at: xfinity.com/support/internet/view-change-wifi-password
  • Change the TV input to restore your TV services by pressing the input button, located on your remote. 
  • Leave all equipment pulled in- most will come back online without resetting.
  • If modem is still off after 4:30pm, unplug and wait 30 seconds. Modems can take up to 7 minutes to reset.
