Parking Bullying NOT allowed – Parking Policy Refresher - First car parking will be open on a first come first serve basis in areas not designated for Visitor or Second car. This means all residents with first car parking (RED) tags are allowed to park anywhere within CTC that is NOT assigned for second car or visitor parking only. It is unfriendly behavior to bully fellow residents with unwarranted notes or writing on vehicle windows of residents that choose to park in various authorized spaces.
Renters Insurance
All residents are encouraged to retain renter’s insurance for their personal property or any damage they may cause to the apartment through negligence. CTC is not responsible in any way for a tenant’s personal belongings. Renters insurance is a good investment to protect all of your personal belongings in the event of an unforeseen circumstance.
