If you are locked out of your apartment
during CTC office hours, contact CTC
office for re-entry for a $10.00 fee.
If you are locked out on a weekend,
holiday, or a weekday after 4:30pm;
call CTC office 651-646-7526 for a live
operator. A CTC staff member will assist
you. You must produce photo identification
to verify residency. ONLY CTC residents
will be allowed access.
Fee for after hours lock-out service: $40.00
