Beginning in July 2008, the onetime membership fee to become a member of the co-op is $250.00. All non-members are required to pay the $25.00 non-member fee per month. Member responsibilities will include: (1) Cleaning laundry rooms and participating in spring and fall clean-up, or (2) Serving on a committee, as a ward or board representative.
Ward and board elections will take place at the spring clean-up. All members are required to attend the Annual Stockholder’s Meeting.
