The type of unit you qualify for:
The type of unit you qualify for is determined by your family size:
- Families with No Children must choose one bedroom unit; ( Families with NO children are requested to choose one bedroom unit)
- Single Parent Families with One child may choose one bedroom unit or two bedroom unit;
- Families with Two children may choose two bedroom unit or three bedroom unit if one child is over five years;
- Families with Three children may choose two bedroom unit or three bedroom unit;
- Families with Four or Five children Must choose a three bedroom unit.
Priority Status is given in the following order according to occupancy standards
- Families with children
- Married couple-spouse/domestic partner
- Single undergraduate with children
- Single graduate student
- Two same gender graduate students
- Post-doctoral students and families
Apply Quick:
You may apply for one apartment only. Be sure to
choose the apartment that is applicable as well as best
suited for your family needs. Upon receiving your
completed application, we date and place it in
chronological order along with the other applications
on the appropriate list. Our waiting lists are large
so apply quickly. You can expect to be on the waiting
list from 6 to 18 months,
depending on the apartment applied for.
Application Form and fee
You may stop by at the CTC office to acquire application form, or you may call the CTC office and ask to have it mailed to your mailing address, or you may simply download and print out the form at your computer. A $40.00 non-refundable application fee must accompany your application to activate it.
